Longman & Eagle

In mid-June 2011, Michelin Star rated restaurant Longman & Eagle commissioned The Post Family to create and install a piece for their back dining area inspired by the letterpress pieces we had individually or collaboratively created over the past five years. Our consensus was to create a piece using test prints, typically discarded as waste of the printing process, which acts as an unofficial catalog of every letterpressed work made at our Chicago studio and elsewhere since The Post Family's inception.
